Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using CurbSync (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

CurbSync provides estimated airport timing — telling you when to leave to catch a departing flight or to pick someone up curbside — by combining real-time flight data with drive-time calculations. The app is offered in two tiers:

• Free: Track 1 flight at a time with manual refresh (20 lookups/day)
• Pro (subscription): Unlimited refresh, auto and background polling, push notifications, Live Activity / Dynamic Island updates, baggage-claim timing, terminal-specific pickup refinement, departure-delay alerts, and the Share-ETA feature

3. Accuracy Disclaimer

CurbSync provides estimates only. Flight times, drive-time calculations, and “when to leave” suggestions are based on third-party flight data (FlightAware) and on-device map data, and may be inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable. Do not rely solely on CurbSync for time-critical decisions like making a boarding cutoff.

We are not responsible for:

• Missed flights or missed pickups due to inaccurate estimates
• Flight data delays or errors from FlightAware
• Traffic or route calculation errors from the device’s map service
• Service outages or connectivity issues

4. Subscriptions

Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID via the App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple’s terms for in-app purchases and subscriptions.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided.

Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing. You will be notified before any price increase takes effect, and your continued subscription constitutes acceptance.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent the app’s security or rate limits
• Use automated tools to access the service beyond normal app usage
• Resell or redistribute data obtained from the app

6. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and any activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.

7. Intellectual Property

CurbSync and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CurbSync and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CurbSync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of time, data, or profits, arising from your use of the app.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which the developer resides.
